    Gorgeous and fairly clean hotel with pleasant staff and scenic views over the patong bay. Marvellous and gorgeous location close enough to a bus station, easy to get around. Superb restaurant just a short stroll away from the property.

    View, romantic, good buffet brakfast

    1.For early check-out we got very bad food from the breakfast boxes contained: bread and lettuce (sandwich) without bacon, cheese or meat, boiled eggs, tasteless croissant. 2. Got info from Front Officers that seaview room is not available for Superior rate. But we insisted to get it because mentioned on our itinerary from Booked.net. The we got free upgrade to Deluxe. 3. Front Officers are not so good in mentioning/explaining the payment method.

    The service was amazing can't get any better the restaurants have very good food and value for money if you want to enjoy a nice meal right by the beach and the sensational views of patong beach the surrounding mountains

    Just the resort did not have a nice sandy shore but tell you what the pools make up for it

    I really loved the Hotel , I guess it was a good decision that we cancelled holiday Inn in last moment and decided to go to Amari The location is just perfect , the hotel view , room service , breakfast , service and the staff was friendly and helpful Among all hotels in Patong I believe Amari is the best

    loved it, hotel staff was great. Friendly. Great location on the beach greta views. breakfast was great.

    the beds are very hard and unforgettable. Ordered room service, a salad and got really sick food poisoning. also because of the location had to take a tu tuk into shopping areas so that was quite costly.

    I had stayed at the hotel prior to the Tsunami in 2004 and was pleasantly surprised to see that the complex still remains as picturesque as it was previously. It's still high on my list when considering hotels in this locale primarily because of its location; just a short walk away from the hustle & bustle of Patong. The service level of the hotel is on a par with most 4-star hotel anywhere around the world but has also the added charm of the Thai people. So much so that we will be back there again for Thai New Year (songkran festival) next April.

    The majority of hotel residents eat away from the hotel, obviously to sample what is on offer in nearby Patong but the main reason is that the hotel Food & Beverage prices are typical of a 4/5-star hotel which to most is off-putting, typically 40-50% higher than Patong prices. The other minor issue was that when booked we were assured of free Wi-Fi for a stay of 4-days or longer this offer was withdrawn by the hotel and only partially reinstated after protesting to the Duty Manager that it was written into the agreement!

    This hotel needs to address the difficult access due to its hilltop location!!! The wait time for golf carts can be frustrating when you just want to get back to your room!!! More transportation options could enhance convenience!!!
